Return & Refund Policy
Thanks for shopping at Breathe Aromatherapy. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we lovingly create for you. We also want to make sure you have a rewarding experience while you’re exploring, evaluating, and purchasing our products.
As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Breathe Aromatherapy. We’ll be as brief as we can. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Breathe Aromatherapy, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.
If there’s something wrong with the product you bought (defect/shipping related damages), we request you to get in touch with us within 3 days of the delivery so that we can process the same immediately. For any other cancellations, returns or replacement related queries, you have 30 days to raise a request online and return all products to us in their original packaging and in an unsealed condition.
If you would like to return a product, the only way would be if you follow the next guidelines:
- Products can only be returned if sealed and unopened (for all direct use products). Return your products in an undamaged package (preferably the original shipping box)
- For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage
Note: always keep the shipping confirmation until your return has been fully processed.
Cancellations & Refunds
We pride ourselves to serving our customers with the best quality products from source to bottle. Every single product that you choose is thoroughly inspected, checked for defects and packaged with utmost care. We do this to ensure that you fall in love with our products.
Sadly, there are times when we may not have the product(s) that you choose in stock, or may face some issues with our inventory and quality check. In such cases, we may have to cancel your order. You will be intimated about it in advance so that you don't have to worry unnecessarily about your order. If you have purchased via Online payment then you will be refunded once our team confirms the change/cancellation with you.
We carry out thorough quality check before processing the ordered item. We take utmost care while packing the product. At the same time we ensure that the packing is good such that the items won’t get damaged during transit. However, please note that Breathe Aromatherapy is not liable for damages that are caused to the items during transit or transportation.
We will review your returned product as soon as we receive it and if it follows the guidelines addressed above, we will be happy to issue a refund of your purchase. Your refund may take from 5 - 10 business to process but you will be notified when you receive your money.
Breathe Aromatherapy is responsible for return shipping costs. Every returning shipping is paid by Breathe Aromatherapy, even if the item didn’t have free shipping in the first place. However, if the return is deemed ineligible or there is damage different to what is described by the user in their request, we reserve the right to deduct the same when issuing a refund.
