Shipping & Returns


India: Standard Shipping through BlueDart Express.
International: Standard Shipping through DHL International Express

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed on the website from time to time. You can consider the shipping rates shown at the time of checkout to be final if below this minimum amount.


Orders are shipped within 1 to 2 business days following the day the order was placed. Once your order has been completed and transferred to our partnered carrier, you will automatically receive an email with your tracking number which can be used to track your order directly online. For domestic orders, average transit time is between 2-5 business days depending on the the delivery area as per our partners network. For orders outside of India, delivery is subject to Customs clearance and our delivery partners will contact you for payment of Duties/Taxes if any applicable. Accordingly, International orders could take between 4-10 days depending on the distance of destination country. However, please note due to customs clearance and duty payments on international orders, there may be additional delays depending on the destination.


breathearomatherapy.com ships to following regions/countries: India, USA, UK, Mainland & Eastern Europe, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, UAE, Saudi Arabia, ASEAN Countries, South America and any other countries available through DHL’s global network. If you wish to change zones, simply select your country in the header. We are working on extending our shipping zones, please contact us if you need any further information.

We can only cancel orders within the same day of them being placed. If you wish to cancel your order, please call/write to us before the order is shipped. If you cancel it in time, will refund the full amount back into your account. It may take 5 - 10 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.


In the event that a product you have purchased online is not suitable, we would be pleased coordinate a return, free of charge.

To make a return, kindly contact us so we may provide you with a prepaid return postal label and form. Upon receiving the return and verifying the products, we will process the refund to the original method of payment.

All return requests must be made within thirty days of purchase, and goods must be shipped out within 7 days of receiving the return form & label.


On single purchases we only provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision taken by us). For defect/shipping damage related requests, we can only provide refunds if you reach out to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery of said order along with photos of the same. For any other cancellations/returns, we request you to get in touch with us within 30 days of your order and return all products to us in their original packing and in an unsealed condition.

If the products are opened or used, we do not offer a refund, as the product now cannot be resold to any other customer



Do you deliver internationally?


We operate this site as globally connected and have partnered with DHL for all our international deliveries. The site may ask for your current location to auto select the appropriate currency/region however, if you would like to send or receive items internationally you can change your browsing location from the country selector at the top of the page. Further our payments partner - Razorpay® accepts payments from any international payment method across over 100 countries directly and also has Paypal integration for further payment options.


How do I follow the status of my order?


We are keen to keep you up to date with your order. You will receive the following updates by email: Your order has been placed! You will receive an order confirmation within one hour and we will immediately get to work for you. The moment your order is placed our system automatically books the shipment with our delivery partner. You will receive a track & trace code as soon as your order has been packed and the pickup is scheduled, allowing you to keep an eye on its status with our carriers. On the day of delivery, we will notify you so you can prepare yourself for an evening of pampering & self care. In any case, you’re almost ready to enjoy your wonderful products. Something has changed with my order


Occasionally, we may have to amend your order before we dispatch it, for example when items are out of stock or can't be delivered to your address due to shipment restrictions with our carrier. Naturally, we will inform you which products are on their way to you, and we will refund the purchase amount of the cancelled products. Incase you would like an alternate product for the one unavailable, we will be happy to assist you in selecting something on that as well. Received your order but don’t see the cancelled amount in your account yet? Then we will be happy to assist you further by contacting us with your order number.


What if products come to me damaged during shipment or if there are defects?


We provide refunds or replacements if the products are damaged during shipping or any other genuine case (final decision taken by us). For defect/shipping damage related requests, we can only provide refunds if you reach out to our customer care team within 3 days of delivery of said Order.


Can I return products otherwise?


You can return your order to us free of charge. Each packing slip shipped with our products will have a return slip which you can select the products/reasons for return. Please ensure your return meets the following conditions: Returns can be sent up to 30 days after receiving your order. If we sent you the wrong item. Where you are returning a substitute item which you do not want to keep. Our products can only be returned if sealed and unopened (for all direct use products). Return your products in an undamaged package (preferably the original shipping box). For products that are damaged or show signs of use, we retain the right to refuse the return or to charge for the damage when processing your refund. Note: always keep the shipping confirmation until your return has been fully processed.
